Our Process

What do we do?

At WPSA, we help people like you make informed decisions about their future. We’re big believers that the choices you make now can have a real impact on your long-term goals. That’s why our focus is on helping you make the most of what you have today so you can get to where you want to be tomorrow.

How do we do it?

We work with you and make it as easy for you as possible to work with us. The first step is to register online.

We know that everyone is different, so it’s important for us to spend some time getting to know you. Once you’ve registered you can tell us more about yourself in the ‘Who am I’ section and we’ll also automatically request information from your Scheme/Plan.

We’ll arrange an advice meeting for a time that’s convenient for you. We’ll get in touch within 48 hours of registration to arrange this. At this meeting we’ll discuss the information you’ve provided in the ‘Who am I’ section, so it’s really important to fill in as much as you can. Some companies just call it a ‘fact find’, but for us it’s so much more!

What do you need to do?

The first step is to Register. You can then complete ‘Who am I’, which may take a bit of time, but we’ll help guide you through it. This will help us understand you better so that we can work out a plan that is right for you. We’ll set up an initial advice meeting to get to know you even better. We’ll then work out a plan that is right for you and send you a report with recommendations.
